A Retirement Lifestyle, Not Just a Holiday As retirees, they were searching for more than just a short vacation\u2014they were looking for a lifestyle.&#8220;We were looking for a place by the sea where we could spend longer holidays, especially during the winter months.&#8221; After years of visiting the area and staying in hotels, they felt the desire to have something of their own. &#8220;We wanted something more comfortable, more personal.
