The Beauty of Peace and Tranquility
“For me, it’s the tranquility. It’s such a peaceful and pleasant place,” the wife told us with a smile.
“And we both chose this together,” added her husband.
A Retirement Lifestyle, Not Just a Holiday
As retirees, they were searching for more than just a short vacation—they were looking for a lifestyle.
“We were looking for a place by the sea where we could spend longer holidays, especially during the winter months.”
After years of visiting the area and staying in hotels, they felt the desire to have something of their own.
“We wanted something more comfortable, more personal. We love the sea here. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and close to Italy—it’s just a short trip away.”
Their decision process was surprisingly fast and smooth.
“We visited Sunny Beach only twice. Everything was made clear, and everyone helped us. It was a very good experience.”
We asked if they would recommend it to others, and they didn’t hesitate:
“Yes, of course. We’ve already spoken to friends who are thinking of doing the same.”
Their advice to anyone still unsure? “Don’t wait too long. This area is growing fast, and we believe prices will rise. Now is the right time to invest.” While they aren’t ready to relocate full-time just yet, they’re keeping their options open. “We’ve met people here who stay for months. Maybe in the future, we’ll do the same.”
“This place is perfect for relaxation. It’s calm, it’s open, and there’s still a lot of room to grow compared to other areas. We’re happy we chose it.”
